Joomla 1.6.x and 1.7.x have a bug that can mixup your articles when editing them. A quote or </p> tag is added after the plugin code. This is a problem for the Google Maps Plugin and Include component plugin.
I've suggested a solution to solve this problem and I hope that it will be included in the next Joomla version.

You have the following alternatives to solve:
- You can add a space after the last quote in the mosmap command so: {mosmap address='your address' }
- You can downgrade Joomla to 1.6.1.
I don't know if it exists in Joomla 1.6.2 because this one was skipped very fast by Joomla.
- You can edit the article and toggle the editor to none editor.
- Contact me and ask me for the change Joomla file so you can hack Joomla to solve it.
I hope this will be solved soon.
